TRAININ was tough though was good haha.. runnin ar.. i no stamina de sigh mus train more.. but tue n thurs got trainin n got pe.. i runnin double time sigh.. tirin loh.. sigh... got some pple real fast one.. tink dey gg to be captain de haha.. coach was damn good.. run so fast n deter from opponent very fast de.. PRO.. haha.. great trainin.. sad hav to skip nxt tue cus got gz practice.. sigh.. liddat i gg to lag behind.. JIA YOU BAH..
nxt tue is ZHGZ SYF LE.. hope dey are prepared. couldnt go see dem though sch is so near de.. cus of all dis trainin n practice de.. do ur best gals u can make it.. get gold.. muacks luv ya guys.. haha..
